WHERE: Glacier Bank parking lot

Breakfast is served at 8:30am in the Glacier Bank parking lot. Lunch will be served starting at 11am. Students, clubs, and community service organizations are encouraged to join the fun.
Glacier Bank will supply gloves, trash bags and maps. Glacier Bank will supply you with a trash pickup area. Whitefish Pharmacy will be onsite collecting old medications for safe disposal.
Prize drawing is at noon
Adult: 1 $100 Visa gift card
Youth: 2 Youth Bikes (of different sizes)

Consider joining Land to Hand MT at the Wildcat Garden (next to the CFalls Junior High School) to get the garden ready for growing season! Please come dressed for the weather and with a water bottle. Address: 1805 Talbot Rd Columbia Falls

Afterwards, lunch will be provided by CF Lion’s Club beginning at 11am at Glacier Bank.

Join your fellow community members in cleaning up our beautiful home, where we work, live and play on Saturday, April 22. A family friendly event, trash bags and reflective safety vests (both adult and kids sizes) will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. However, we recommend bringing your own work gloves, wearing bright colors, and comfortable shoes. Dress weather appropriate, this is a rain or shine event!
DAY-OF: Please arrive at Volunteer Park, meet under the large pavillion between 8:30am to 9:00am to check-in and receive your vest and trash bag compliments of SLITERS Lumber & Building Supply. We will have complimentary coffee from Glacier Perks and various pastries, fruit and breakfast items compliments of Vacation Flathead, PsycleMT, Wildflower Society, and Flathead Lake Hostel! We ask you to return your picked up trash back to Volunteer Park by 11am or take it to the local landfill.

WHERE: Cedar Flats, 4th Ave Trailhead
Wear comfortable, closed toes shoes/boots, suitable for walking and using tools.
Bring your own gloves suitable for working with hand tools and picking up garbage.
We will have a collection of tools to share. If you have shovels, loppers, handsaws, etc, of your own that you would like to bring, please do.
We will be cleaning trailheads and doing light trail maintenance of trails in the Cedar Flats area. Depending on the size of the crew we may split into 2 or more teams, and send a crew to Waving Bear or Turkey Trot Trailhead as well, but everyone needs to meet at 4th Ave Trail Head.

Wild Montana’s Flathead-Kootenai Chapter and the Flathead Rivers Alliance are teaming up to celebrate Earth Day. Join us on Saturday, April 22, to clean up several fishing access sites along the Flathead River.
We’ll meet at Marantette Park in Columbia Falls, pack lunches for the day (food provided), break into cleanup crews, and distribute supplies. Then, we’ll split up to remove garbage and debris from access sites along the Middle and North Forks of the Flathead.
Let’s make this Earth Day a fun one by giving back to the watershed!
